Tree selection

My neighbour has recently demolished and rebuilt their home so now my back door has a view of an overwhelming 2 storey brick wall. Fortunately we are on friendly terms and they have agreed to plant some vegetation to screen our view. They already have existing a roll of grevilleas at the front so I thought extending them along the fence line will be a good idea. However the space is very narrow and need to allow for foot traffic underneath. I asked at nurseries but no one seems to be name some grevilleas that are tall, upright growing with a leader trunk. I am looking for a grevillea that will grow to about 4m. Do they exist? Or should I just go for bottlebrush. If so which species will most suit my situation? Thanks in advance.
