Tree ID needed - Conifer?

We will be removing our messy mango and require something more evergreen. These pictures are of a tree in our neigbour's yard. They don't know what it is specifically and I was hoping someone out there may know. Thank you, Kristy

| Hi, its an Araucaria , its hard to tell which one. Same family as the famous wollemi pine - it may be a bunya pine, monkey puzzle tree or a hoop pine. Beautiful big trees - if a bit prickly. |
