Giant Lau Lau, Eugenia Megacarpa

I want ot plant a Giant Lau Lau (or Giant Laulau) tree to screen out some neighbours, but am unable to find info on how big this tree grows. Anyone got one that can help???

I have seen it in northern nsw reaching a height of 8m.
It would be a rather benign exotic to plant, it has a bushy upright growth habit. Im not sure if it would like full sun as the one I saw was in the shade, fruiting like crazy I might add.

Nah,
I saw it at a friends place near Byron Bay, grows exceptionally well down there.
