Quick growing screen for wet shade?

Hello esteemed gardeners,

Looking for suggestions here. Building a new unitwhich is raised off the ground and realized that my bathroom windows look out onto next door's backyard and swimming pool as well as having a great view of HIS neighbours 2nd floor windows. As my body doesn't compare with Elle Mcpherson, I feel I shouldn't inflict it upon the poor unsuspecting people. I need a tall slim informal quick growing hedge, to get to about 10 foot and peferably stop there. Not too thick as to cut out all the light. And it has to thrive under reasonably deep shade from the neighbour's huge ash tree and in soil that is constantly soggy/damp from a leak in the neighbour's pool.
Any ideas??

Yep a lilypilly, or photinia (super hedge) or pittosporum 'silver sheen'.
