rapid red robust reticulata

I need a big fast vigorous reticulata camellia to look gorgeous and block off a neighbour. Know this is possible because I put in a Lois Shinault about ten years ago and it is taller than the roof of the house next door.
This time I'm pondering Dr Clifford Parks and Red Crystal. Would appreciate information from anyone with experience of either of these as to its current height/age and your assessment of its vigour (potential height and habit of growth) and appearance. Oh and it would help to know about sun tolerance as well because my bush (tree) will be in sun once it gets to about 12 feet tall.

A friend of mine has a Dr. Clifford Parks in full sun and it's doing just fine. (It is actually a japonica x reticulata.) It seems quite vigorous and upright with a good bushiness. Beautiful big blooms, gorgeous colour. They also withstand a bit of cold apparently.
Cheers,
Dee.

Thanks Dee. How tall would you estimate it is at present and approximately how long has it been in the ground? That is, is it growing fairly rapidly?
