Flowering Apricot (weeping standard)

Posted by don3 NSW Aust (My Page) on

I have a Flowering Apricot which is a weeping standard and appears to be about to flower well. However I have received conflicting (and confusing) advice about when and how to prune this plant.

Does anybody know any useful sites for details on how to go about this?

RE: Flowering Apricot (weeping standard)

I have a weeping apricot tree that has been planted since last winter 2010 and in spring it had a few blossoms but was hoping to get advice on what type of organic fertilizer to promote more blossoms this spring for a better show.
