| At last I have one of these lovely plants, purchased at the Bilpin Collectors' Fair a few weeks ago. However, I notice a sucker appearing about 10cm from the base of the plant. Do I rip this off (a la roses) or what? |

| Depends how much space you have. It's not like a rose bush, grafted onto a different rootstock! And its spread by suckering is not usually extensive. |
