Do you know what variety it is? Some do not fruit for many years and there are also ornamental varieties that do not fruit at all. Commercial groves expect to wait 5 - 7 years for fruit & some do take 10 years. Pollination could be a problem but if you're not even getting any flowers I suspect it's something to do with the variety you have. If you can tell me the variety I will try & find out when it should start producing. Sarah
Thank you mistymorn and Sarah. Unfortunately, I have no idea what variety it is. I bought it from nursery on the NSW Central Coast and long ago lost the label. Perhaps it is only ornamental.
