macadamia variety

I have just bought a macadamia called "Pinkalicious" (due to its beautiful pink blossom), which was bred by Hidden Valley Plantations. It is a cross between the itegrefolia and tetraphylla species. I was wondering if anyone else has one and if you can tell me a bit about it. For instance, is it very slow growing? Our grafted one called "Nutty Glen" grew quite quickly. We have had it for nearly 12 years and it is about 6 metres high and almost as wide. I am hoping this new one will grow just as well.
