Has any one experience with this? I guess I was prompted to bring one home from Big W because there is a local of the same genus, the quaintly fruited banana bush. Only a madwoman would buy plants in this weather...it looks rather soft....better repot it and give it the works, water crystals, extra coconut peat etc. I'm a bit suss when it comes to cultivars, this one is called Sweet Love.

| bump! The original one mentioned above went in the ground and did so well I bought another one, for a really testing spot. Experimental, in fact. Because it's gone in between tree roots, I've planted it into a large tin can which should hopefully rust down as the lateral roots are looking to move out.
The chair skeleton is for the wind :) Pity about the out of focus flowers. Rose |
