is this forum for mini's?

I have never been interested in mini roses before. However we are renting a house for a year & I miss my roses so much that I've bought some mini's in pots to keep me company until I can have a garden again. I live near Lismore in Northen NSW. Do I put them in full sun, filtered sun, partial shade? I would love to hear from anyone who has experience with roses in pots.
Thanks Helen

Whilst I have never grown miniature roses in pots I very successfully grow roses in pots and I think that all roses would need the same care. Place them in full sun. Fertilize with something like sudden impact for roses or seasol. Make sure that you use plenty of mulch. Because they are in pots they need to be watered regularly--every couple of days in the really hot weather.
