| After planting 150+ roses (OGR's, Austins and H.T's) over the last six years I've finally run out of room. Almost. I've managed to find space for two more climbers and as I don't have any Alister Clark roses I thought I had better wave the Aussie flag and select a couple of his climbers. I've always admired Daydream since seeing it in full bloom at Dame Elizabeth Murdoch's home (Cruden Farm) and as many have praised Cicely Lascelles I thought I would try to get this one too. Received them late in winter as bare-rooted plants and potted them up. They have just produced their first blooms. Cicely (mid-pink) is quite fragrant. I really admire the informal beauty of Clark's roses. The cream flowers of Daydream are especially lovely.

| Does Daydream repeat well? ie How does it compare to crepuscule? Cheers varmi |

Varmi_NOTHING compares to Crepuscule-she always has blooms. Daydream has a major spring flush followed by about 8 week cycles. A very lovely rose. regards sandie |
