Jude the Obscure first bloom.

Bare roots planted in July it looks so gorgeous there hanging down then I lifted it up to take a photo and it snapped off..

On the grass.............. It has a delightful citrus perfume..

It's a perfect bloom of Jude.Makes me want to buy it. :) My lighter coloured flowers are affected by thrips unfortunately. speceally Abe and sharifa.

Hi Karima and Thanks, I have it in a vase on my table.

Lots of my roses are covered in Aphids and many other tiny insects and very thick they are too right up the stems, I bought some organic natrasoap to spray them with but it has been blowing a gale here for many days and today it rained so maybe tomorrow I will be able to do that job...
