Nahema not growing

I bought a Delbard Nahema climbing rose from K-mart , put it in this winter , nice hole, food and watering it but I have no leaves. All the other roses in my garden are leafing up , even a new one put in the same time like Nahema, but no go!
Its not dead (yet?) I can see tiny, tiny red/pink buds but its been like that for months! Help. |

| I wouldn't worry if you can see definite signs of life and you're sure it's getting water down into the soil OK. Remember the months it's been sitting haven't been growing weather. The specialist nurseries are still dispatching till eng of August. You should see some action as the ground warms up. |
