Thanks to friends who had a pile of wonderful soil they didn't need, they turned up with 3 trailer loads, quite unexpectedly with the best gift I have received in ages.
Now I have the Rose garden, though I have some cow mulch and lucerne in it at the moment the time will come very soon to plant out my potted roses.
I have 4 Floribundas
Bonica,
Imp
Swaines Fabulous
Moulin Rouge
4 Hybrid Teas
Double Delight
Sexy Rexy
Peace
Kronenbourg
Do you know which are the tallest growers to go in the middle of the garden ?

| Hi Marion, Are you going by color as well for plantings as you have nearly all the reds-yellows then you have the 2 pinks? You are a lovely person so I am not surprised that you received such a lovely helpful gift. Good luck with the new plantings. Brissy |

| Thanks Greenroc, now I have a bit of an idea on where to put them, they are all behaving well except for Bonica who has decided to head for the sky with a growth about 6ft tall with a bunch of flowers right on top. Thank you Brissy, It was really lovely meeting you in Brisbane and we had a great wander round New Farm Park with you and the other Rosies. Have you been back to see the wonders there now that all the buds will be open. I do seem to have similar colours but when I got back and tried to order more, as you said, it was too late for this year so I will have an early order in next year. Marion |
