We went to the Wowan Show, on the weekend, just a little show but the Pavillions are always full of flowers and handicrafts.
For the first time I entered a couple of my roses, only had them for a few months and I ( my Swaines Fabulous) came first in the white rose section.
Wow , that was a great thrill, took the picture the second day so it is fully open. The small bud on the left side back is a bud of the rose.

What a thrill for you Marion-I have never even considered entering rose shows-a defeatist attitude hey?

| Congratulation on your great win Marion You have spurred me on to enter my local show with some of my roses. I have always wanted to but have never got the nerve to enter. You have given inspiration to me and maybe other rosies to just try. |

| I am so happy for you .I would never have considered entering my flowers in a show.I love the Royal SHow in Adelaide .I always take time to check out the flowers and the craft exhibits and wish I had the time and talent to do something like that.Hopoe it all comes together for your next show......you will probably find that you are hooked on exhibiting now! |
