Did anyone else see Gardening Aust. last night. The first segment was about the rose hybridiser George Thompson. Very interesting but they didn't show any of the varieties. I was really annoyed by that.

I've got two of his roses soaking in season as I type. I've bought Lady Phelia and St Francis Xavier from Ross Roses this year.

Has anyone else tried his roses?

I have a friend who bought Lady Phelia 18 months ago.
She has a daughter named Phelia and rang Ross Roses as soon as it was available.
It is a beautiful rose.
I hope you enjoy your new roses
