Have found a good retail place finally for D Austin English,Falstaff,Yellow DA,Teasin'Georgia.Abraham Darby,how do they grow in Brisbane area,are there any problems with them,gee their nice,greencroc.

Most of my DAs have only been in for 12 months. I believe they need a few years before we should judge them. Sophie's Rose and Radio Times have had 4 years and they are two I would not be without. Sophie has has a brilliant season; always in flower but alas no perfume. RT makes up for Sophie's lack though.

They do get black splot but no worse than the others. RT has put out long canes this season. I'll try pegging these down next season.

Would be interested to know your 'good retail place', greencroc.

Thanks Hazel,sounds like good news on them,the place is Donelle,s 650 Oxley road Corinda,their range is good,they ordered a couple of English for me that weren,t there,a lady on Beaudesert Road who has roses told me about them,all the best greencroc.

Just a follow up Hazel,I,m looking forward to the smell of these roses,having had only a slight interest in roses before,now I,m understanding fully how great they are,greencroc.
