Has anybody grown St.Francis Xavier or Onkaparinga?
What do you think? Are they vigorous?

| Thrip I don't know where you are in Queensland but I am on the central Qld Coast and was going to try Onkaparinga but was advised by Bundaberg rose nursery (Trewallyns) that it probably would not flower up here even though it would grow OK. Ditto Madam Isaac Perriere and I tried Reine de Violettes no flowers after 2 seasons. David Austins do well and most of the old fashioned such as Crepuscule, Souvenier de al Malmaison and Gruss an Aachen. |

I have had Reine de Violettes in the ground for part of a season and have had some flowers. Hopefully more next year. That is in Far Nth Qld Cheers Judy |
