Iceberg sick?

| A friend (not on list) asked me..
"Any thoughts as to why our Iceberg Standards are dying?
The trunks crack first, new growth is flimsy then they cark."
Can anyone help?

| I can't believe that an Iceberg is dying, it is like trying to kill cockroaches. Must be something to do with the original stock on which it was grafted or your soil perhaps. Don't know that this will be much help as you posted this in 2007! |
