 o
nicotine spray query

was wondering if some of the tobacco related ornamental plants e.g. night flowering tobacco would contain sufficient (if any) nicotine substances for brewing into a pesticide garden spray.. i'm too stingy to buy a packet of tobacco to try. i have just so many voracious leaf chomping pests.

RE: nicotine spray query

Hi Florial
I am sure it would but remember that for every one pestiferous insect you kill you are killing 99 of those that are either doing very good things in your garden or possibly ready to attack that one bad guy
cheers

Nicotine based sprays were banned here in WA many years ago, they are too toxic.
