What is it?

This is probably a really basic question so I apologise in advance. I have some bugs in the garden at the moment which have a downward pointing orange triangle on their back. Can anyone tell me what they are and if they are good or bad?

Many Thanks
Reilly (who only knows the basic bugs)

Hi Reilly, They would be the Harlequin Bugs I used to get them on the pumpkins when I lived down in Melb.
No they are not a good bug but try removeing them by hand or dropping them in a bucket of soapy water.
Hope this helps...Cheers..MM.

Thanks for that MM. If I see any more then they will be dead bugs!
