Diseased Plants (pictures)

Hi There,

A friend of mine has noticed some sort of disease infecting her plants. I have had a bit of a search of the net and think it might be some sort of fungal disease? Can you help us identify what it could be and possibly what to do to get rid of it? Pictures are attached

hi there your succulents are suffering from 1 of the 2
your plants have either leaf scorch from water sitting on the leaf for prolonged periods

or oedema
the plants takes up water in the leaf and cant use it so it stores it , then as humidity rises the cells burst leaving you with what you see on the leaves... the echeverias at my nursery have the same thing... its environmental
