weevils eating apricot tree

How do you stop these little buggers.
Ive already lost one tree which was attacked as soon as any leave appeared.
Ive just put in another tree and after a week they have nearly removed all leaves.
From this point no more leaves will survive and the tree will die eventually.
I tried spraying with carbyrl but that didnt work.
Any help out there??? |
