Beans and carrots leaves all dieing

So basically my garden was going great, everything was green and producing and then all of the sudden all of my beans started getting disease. The new beans i grew from seeds have their leaves shriveled up and die at seedling level. The older beans are all starting to lose leaves and i am not sure what is causing it. I have grown beans before and i am careful with watering. I have also pulled quite a few and the roots and stem look normal, so i think it is a leaf disease.

Also i have 3 beans in a pot around the other side of the house and they are completely fine. They use the same soil as the ones that are diseased.

Also the carrots are losing their leaves are a phenomenal rate yet the root is still fine as i pulled one.

Gallery of disease is in the link.

Would love to work this out as it is killing me seeing 25+ bean bushes and 30 carrots just dieing.
