Mango tree dying!

here is the problem of my mango tree.

my mango tree seems to have twigs and branches dying. The tree trunk seems to have some sort of sap comming out which dries out whenever I check on it.

the twigs and branches that dies is hollow and falls out easily.

my tree is not fruiting although it is the mango season. need help ASAP. I love to eat mango and I couldnt wait for it to fruit again..

The most common problem with Mangoes is Anthracnose.
You need Copper-Oxychloride sprays then Mancozeb sprays alternate beteewn the two every 14 days during the wet season.
