Trident Maple leaf curl/burn

| Only 1 of my 4 trident maple bonsai has a 4 year leaf problem wherein new leaves are dwarfed, curl inwards from the tip and the bottom edges are blackened and crisp as tho burned. The tree's roots are excellent, pot drainage is excellent, growing situation is excellent. In early August is was repotted and root pruned and no fertilisers put in the soil. New growth is starting to exhibit the burn/curl signs.
Does anyone know what is causing this? |

| I am having the exact same problem! I am also confident thar the conditions are good so I am stumped as well. I wish us both good luck and will forward anything i may find as well. Drew |
