Toadstools among native violets.

Hi
I've recently been finding strange toadstool like things growing among my native violets - they seem to disappear for short periods and then pop right up again. Are they indicative of a fungus of some sort? Is there anything I can do about them?

They usually popup after rainy and cloudy weather. i wouldnt worry about them.
