Nematodes in my rose garden

African marigolds planted around the roses could be the answer. They are known to repel nematodes. John |

There are a couple of things you can do with mustard - use it as a bait plant (they love it apparently), then pull the plants up and burn them, or till them into the soil, where it will act as a fumigant. Unfortunately, any treatment you use will also affect the worms - they're a nematode too! |
