are these white flies-what's to be done?

white fly(?/pestie assistance - was transplating some young camellias yesterday, the root system was very snall on one compared to
the others. when filling the hole what looked like white flies rose to the surface & were very active. couldn't find a queen - do they have them?? if they aren't white flies what could they be?? please help. patti

Hi Patt, you could try Yates fruitfly spray on them to shift them and you could plant some fruit trees as well as you have the spray to look after them as well.
