| Don't think so, the Meditteranean and the Queensland fruit fly prefer warmer climes as far as I know. (Im no expert though, just an average gardener) |

| i think they come under the heading 'tropical fruit fly', but if i remember correctly i think they get fruit fly in victoria and south australia, never heard of them in tasmania though. len |

| SA gets the Mediterranean fruit fly only. I've never heard of it in Tas. |
