I have black spot on frangipani, around the edge of the leaves, causing yellowing and dropping. How do I treat?

RE: frangipani

Hi Garry I have never heard of Plumeria having black spot, yellow leaves that drop could be caused by overwatering or not watering enough....If it is a fungus type of black or a sooty mould I would spray it with a Fungicide. Not much help there on the link below......Cheers..MM.
