What is the definition of a pest........visiting children who trample the garden, parents who take no action, spouses who think they have a green thumb or ????????

| Something (person, insect, animal, pet, relative) that is somewhere you don't want it to be! A spouse who has the power of veto is another! |

| All of the above, but only if they destroy a plant you try and prod into growth. Thus a slug on one of my Kaempferias is a pest but a slug the spouses Tagetes is not. The latter simply because the plant itself is a pest in my opinion and two wrongs make one right. ;-) |
