Capsicums & Chillies not maturing

| My capsicums (various) and jalapino chillies are growing well, however do not mature. Plenty of immature fruit, growing to approximately half size then falling while still(capsicums). Chillies are growing huge, but staying green. All bushes look healthy, are well mulched and watered regularly. (current climate is extremely hot & humid) |
