RE: lupins

No extra - thay won't take up much space :-) There were so many seeds this year, and I can't bear not to harvest them. Anyone else wanting some?

RE: lupins

I'd love some. I have been buying seeds on eBay since I moved and have far less access to plant and seed places and so far had none stopped for a look and none of the envelopes marked either.

Pity WA has stricter quarantine as lupins are a crop here. I got Pixie Lupins from a nursery, so maybe settle for them. We have alkaline soils anyway.

Try Green Harvest seeds. I think I got mine from them a year back. I don't have the packet anymore so cannot be 100% it was them but I am pretty sure. Good luck.

RE: lupins

Diggers seeds has Russell Lupins and they also have no restriction sending them to WA. The ban on them has apparently been lifted. I went to the AG Dept web site to check and Russell Lupins are not listed as restricted seed, some others are but they are mainly crop lupins.

I have a fair bit left for people who want to send me a SSAE. E-mail me privately and i will give you my address.

RE: lupins

Hi folks, I posted the lupin seeds last night to those that sent me an SSAE. That's all for this year. Had a hot day and many of them dropped to the ground, so i missed collecting them. Hope I get a few seedlings!

RE: lupins

Thanks Lorraine - I did keep some for myself though :-)
The parent plants will be around for a few years to come, I hope, and you can divide them in winter for new plants.
Cheers, Jan
