Evening Primrose plant and/or leaves

Hello everyone!
Does anyone have the 'wild' yellow Evening Primrose (Oenothera biennis) growing in their garden or waste space somewhere? I would love to have the aerial parts, and especially the leaves, from anyone who has this plant.
I will gladly pay a 'picking fee' and postage for the dried leaves/aerial parts. Exchange for some seeds? Organically grown or wildcrafted preferred, of course.
I have tried growing it from seed but so far, no luck.
I hope one of you avid gardeners has it!
Thanks so much in advance.

RE: Evening Primrose plant and/or leaves

Gee, I wonder Shellmist if you got any communication with anybody....November 06....long time ago.
Just a note here from a Canadian who espcially likes their oenethera ....missouriansis...the Evening Primrose...my garden wouldn't be without them.
We have given away so many plants in the last couple years that the whole neighborhood bears our mark.

Don't know about seed, we just transplant pieces - that does so easily you should find somebody close to you and if you have to.....steal a little.
