Gibberillic acid- bloom booster

Some horticultural notes on the web indicate that gibberillins, particularly gibberillic acid, boost flowers in many plants.
I suspect it is used commercially to enhance plants for display.
Is it available in Australia for the home grower either by itself or incorporated within propriety bloom booster mixes?
