| Hi I live in Toronto, Ontario Canada. My son is currently visiting Australia. Does anyone know of a garden centre where he could purchase houseplant, outdoor plant seeds that are grown in Australia only. Could you give me a few examples so I could tell him what to look for. Thanks so much, Lorraine Harrietha |

If you mean Australian native seeds, the commercial range is pretty poor I'm afraid. Larger nurseries or a hardware chain called "Bunnings" will stock some seasonal varieties from a company called "Yates" but probably limited to strawflowers, hardenbergia, maybe some kangaroo paw or sturts desert pea. Some specialist native nurseries do their own range of seed. But there are a multitude of mail-order places, many of whom will probably supply to Canada if your quarantine requirements can be met. |
