| I have a lot of dietes in the garden the clumps are getting wide i do not wish to divide them as yet, can they be cut down. If so how far? or will this give me unsightly looking straps when they re grow |

| At the library here they cut theirs down to only about 5cm. Every year they put on a wonderful display. |

| ive seen many cut back to about 1/4 i think it is good practice |

| Hi Toro58, if they get out of hand, just mow them of with the lawnmower, brushcutter and dab with a 50/50 mix of Roundup that with slow them down a bit.If you want more of them just collect the seed and grow where you want them, they can grow ok with out much tlc. Good luck. Peter r. |
