I have a lot of dietes in the garden the clumps are getting wide i do not wish to divide them as yet, can they be cut down. If so how far? or will this give me unsightly looking straps when they re grow

Hi Toro58, if they get out of hand, just mow them of with the lawnmower, brushcutter and dab with a 50/50 mix of Roundup that with slow them down a bit.If you want more of them just collect the seed and grow where you want them, they can grow ok with out much tlc. Good luck. Peter r.
