Cystis-Rock Rose

Wondering why three healthy rock-roses haven't flowered through Spring/Summer? Planted out ahead of Spring and when purchased had a few flowers on - but since then - nothing. Label suggests it is the time of year for flowering. Too much of a good thing (fertilizers?) Anyone else experience this with their rock-roses?

From memory, mine to a while to flower first up. Think it flowers around Oct/Nov, more spring than summer. You might have to wait til next spring for a good flush of flowers. Good luck.
