Deflasking orchids?

| Hi Can someone help me :I have brougght back 4 flasks of orchid seedlings from Bangkok, they are ready to be transplanted. What would be the correct steps to follow: I tried 1 year ago and I only have 1 very small plantlet from my previous effort. The majority justdied. These are hybrids and look very healthy through the flaks with advanced root systems.
