Ensete Ventricosum seed harvesting

I have a Ensete Ventricosum that has flowered and currently has a nice bunch of green fruit on it. Can anyone explain the best way to harvest the seeds?

Hi Steve,

isn't it easier for it to shoot new bud than harvest from the seed. I'm currently in love with that plant. Melbourne zoo has one here, it grows so huge.
