Staghorns with Bugs

| Does anyone know what to use to kill the grubs that live in the back parts of Staghorns. They bore holes into the green growing part of the plant. I have heard it suggested to dunk them in a bucket of something to get rid of these creatures but mine are growing on a palm tree at the moment. Although if I don't do something quickly they will shrivel up as the grubs are getting the upper hand.
thanks |

| Hedgie, You could try Carbaryl as it is usually pretty good at killing those sort of things. Andrew. |

| Thanks guys, I'll try both suggestions, the two that have grubs are loooking really sick at the moment, what with the dry weather as well as the pests |
