I have a heliconia that I grow in large pots. These particular plants only get to about one foot in height and get a red heliconia looking flower. Would you know the correct name of this plant?. Thanks.

Without a photo it is hard but I suspect it is Augusta Red Holiday. Does it have some white on the flower. If not then it may be Jamaican Dwarf. See my photo album and it may be there.
