Hibiscus flower changing colour???

i have three hibiscus which all flower white. About five weeks ago i throw some Palm & foliage plant fertiliser on the garden, and now one of them is producing a soft pink flower as well as the white flower still (around 1 pink to 8 white flowers). Today i found a flower that is half white & pink, does this happen much.

Well I don;t grow many hibiscus but I know the same thing can happen with azaleas and camelias. So I suspect it's nothing to do with the fertilizer just a breakdown in the cultivar, with one part reverting more to a parent, or something. Nothing to be worried about unless it takes over. So if you aren't happy with a multi-coloured plant, cut off the variegated branch and perhaps propagate it separately.
