Hello Gardenwebers,

Im trying to identify a Thunbergia which has distinct bifoliolate leaves and a purple tubular flower. It is growing like crazy over regrowth rainforest in the Kuranda region near Cairns.
Can anyone help? I dont have a photo, sorry.
From Kris

Is it a rampant climber like laurifolia or grandiflora, or is it a woody cane-like scrambler shrub with small flowers like T erecta
