Ficus dammaropsis

| I was attracted by this plant. Can someone tell me where could I get them, and how do they grow in more temperate conditions. ie Melbournre Bayside where its gloomy for a few months in winter and gets down to +2C [ also where Ficus macropylla etc grow really well ] |

| Go to www.equatorialexotics.com and you'll find them. Should grow in Melbourne. Keep it moist, never let dry. Full sun or partial shade. Fast grower. Good luck. |

| I found one up here a couple of years ago and sent it down to a Victorian GWebber, would be interested if he saw your post and came back with input as to how it went. Know a couple of people growing it but sometimes demand outstrips supply with struck cuttings. Be patient though and keep asking, something local will turn up eventually. |
