Feeding Philodendrons

Hi All,

Just a quick question - is fish+seaweed emulsion going to be sufficient to supplement the leaf litter my 'tropical room' sustains itself on ? I dont know much about philodendrons, but everything else in the understorey seems to be doing well on its 'natural' diet. I coat the foliage in the diluted Seasol+Aquasol solution, then hose it off shortly after - havent killed anything in there yet, so hopefully I'm doing the right thing. The tree ferns are particularly healthy.

I do feed my palms with organic fertiliser, but I'm hoping to get away with the occasional 'seafood special' for the remainder :)

Cheers,

Artie
