I recently cut back my very tall happy plant (in a pot) & from the two cuttings from that only one survived (& seems to have been re-potted successfully !) The 'mother' plant now appears to be regenerating from the top, but at an angle (coming out the side) - will this correct itself or will I have a happy plant that has a significant bend half way up ?? Also does anyone have any tips on growing 'pony tails' ? I have had mine a year, in partial shade,in a pot, but has shown now growth. Thanks for any advice.
the new shoots on the happy plant will straighten up as they grow. the pony tail will do much better in full sun well drained as they are similar to succulants, so can go dry for a long period without distress.
I have a happy plant for many years and has been cut and replanted and one of them has a budding stalk with many buds on it. What is the situation with it flowering and will the other one flower as well?
I'd regard that as pretty special. I have a Pleomele - similar family - that flowers and its quite nice also but too far back to appreciate. Is there any perfume from the flowers on your HP?
