Try Paradise Distributors in Nambour, not too expensive and I have got stuff from them sent to me here in WA:

Have you ever tried the mail order section found in the back of gardening magazines - several offer websites to choose plants from for their mail order services. KL.

There are lots if you happen to live in Costa Rica or Colombia! You maynot be able to order from them but they are worth taking a look at.Lots of pretty pictures and you will see some of the different common names for the same plant.
